WORKFLOW
for high-end visuals
for high-end visuals
general
This workflow is based on a clear division into stages, ensuring full control over the artistic vision and guaranteeing punctuality. A specific Deadline is set for each project, and a detailed Timeline is established, which must be strictly followed. The Timeline is individually tailored to each assignment to ensure the highest quality of service.

PHASE 0 / BRIEFING & PREPARATION
All briefing materials must be delivered at the very beginning of the collaboration as a single, consolidated PDF file. A complete briefing must include:
- Documentation: Floor plans and elevations clearly illustrating the functions of individual zones and planned furnishing. This also applies to landscape architecture.
- Context: High-resolution site photographs and geographic coordinates of the project.
- Design: Full material specifications and finishes for all elements.
- Atmosphere: Mood boards and references illustrating the desired lighting, mood, and color scheme.
- Equipment: Guidelines regarding specific furniture models and design elements for each zone.
PHASE 1 / SETUP & PERSPECTIVE
Actions: Import of the provided 3D model and "Camera Investigation" to find the best viewing angles and frame proportions.
Result: A series of test views on a "White Model" to select the final composition.
Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions regarding camera placement and framing.
PHASE 2 / ATMOSPHERE & LIGHTING
Actions: Establishing lighting and the general atmosphere of the project based on the provided briefing.
Result: Low-resolution (low-res) previews presenting the mood, light, and base materials.
Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions regarding the atmosphere and color scheme.
PHASE 3 / REFINEMENT & DETAIL
Actions: Focus on textures, architectural details, surroundings, and vegetation. Refining the scene to a high-fidelity level.
Result: Mid-resolution (mid-res) previews.
Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions regarding specific materials and details.
PHASE 4 / FINAL MASTERING
Actions: Final rendering in high resolution (5,000 px) and advanced post-production.
Result: Final visualizations ready for publication.
Revisions: 2 rounds of revisions regarding post-production.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (3D MODEL)
To ensure a smooth process and avoid technical complications, please prepare the 3D model according to the following rules:
Format: The file must be delivered in DWG or MAX format (we work directly in Autodesk 3ds Max).
Structure: Clear and logical layer division based on structural elements or materials.
Optimization: The 3D-file should contain only essential information regarding the building's volume. All non-architectural elements (furniture, people, vehicles, vegetation, etc.) should be removed from the model unless they are crucial to the project and must be taken into account.
Meaning: A clean model results in shorter production time and higher artistic quality.

TIMING & DELAYS
Turnaround: Preparing one professional rendering takes 3 working days from the moment of receiving complete and correct data.
Feedback Delays: Any delay in receiving feedback automatically extends the project's completion time. Please take this into account during revision rounds – the later we receive comments, the more the final delivery date shifts.
Delay Costs:
- Up to 3 working days: No additional charges.
- 4-5 working days: 15% invoice increase (work may overlap with other scheduled projects).
- 5-10 working days: 25% invoice increase (work may overlap with other scheduled projects).
- Over 10 working days: 50% invoice increase (requires full rescheduling of the timeline).
