1. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS
1.1. Every project is a creative work contract granting usage rights for services rendered.
1.2. All designs, renderings, and cinematic works are subject to the Copyright Act (UrhG).
1.3. A /.T E C T U R E grants usage rights only upon full payment of the agreed remuneration.
1.4. Credit Requirement: When published in press or online media, visuals must be credited as: "Visualisation: A /.T E C T U R E".
1.5. The Studio reserves the right to use all works for its own portfolio and marketing unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifies otherwise.

2. REMUNERATION AND QUOTES
2.1. All prices are quoted net. Statutory VAT will be added to the invoice.
2.2. Quotes are based on the A /.T E C T U R E Menu. Custom packages or large-scale developments will receive individual project-based proposals.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is due upon commissioning to secure the production slot. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final files.
3.2. All invoices are payable within 14 days.

4. WORKFLOW CONDITIONS
4.1. Scope: The base price includes one initial model import and one geometry update during the process.
4.2. Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included for each phase.
4.3. Additional Work: Any work exceeding the scope and revisions described above (e.g., additional design changes after a phase is approved) will be charged at an hourly rate of € 80 / hr.

5. TIMING & DELAYS
5.1. Turnaround: Preparing one professional rendering takes 3 working days from the moment of receiving complete and correct data.
5.2. Feedback Delays: Any delay in receiving feedback automatically extends the project's completion time. Please take this into account during revision rounds – the later we receive comments, the more the final delivery date shifts.
5.3. Delay Costs:
- Up to 3 working days: No additional charges.
- 4-5 working days: 15% invoice increase (work may overlap with other scheduled projects).
- 5-10 working days: 20% invoice increase (work may overlap with other scheduled projects).
- Over 10 working days: 50% invoice increase (requires full rescheduling of the timeline).
5.2. Feedback Delays: Any delay in receiving feedback automatically extends the project's completion time. Please take this into account during revision rounds – the later we receive comments, the more the final delivery date shifts.

6. DATA SECURITY & AI INTEGRITY
6.1. AI Integrity & Enterprise Security: A /.T E C T U R E utilizes professional, enterprise-grade AI environments (including premium licensed platforms). We guarantee that client-provided proprietary designs, 3D models, and project data are processed using private workflows. These specific environments strictly exclude user-provided content from being used to train public AI models. Your intellectual property remains isolated and confidential.
6.2. Confidentiality: A /.T E C T U R E is prepared to sign project-specific NDAs. No project details will be shared until the client officially launches the project.

7.2. Technical Artifacts: The Client acknowledges that AI-integrated workflows may result in minor artistic deviations or technical artifacts inherent to the technology.
7.3. Approval: Upon final approval, the Client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the project data presented.
